Welcome to Vegan Curator. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all digital services provided by New Media Front, including our websites, newsletters, and any current or future companion platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

Vegan Curator is a project of New Media Front, based in Sacramento, California. These Terms apply to:

Our Services include original articles, nutrition insights, product reviews, downloadable content, newsletters, and editorial commentary related to plant-based living. All content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
We currently offer all content free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid or subscription-based services in the future.
4. Acceptable Use
By using our Services, you agree not to:

- We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. If not resolved, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You and we waive the right to bring claims as part of a class action. If this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the dispute will instead be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of accepting these Terms with “Arbitration Opt-Out” in the subject line.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be announced via our website and newsletter at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms go into effect constitutes your acceptance.
