Hodo Foods Thai Curry Nuggets are ready-to-eat bites made from organic extra-firm tofu, braised in a Thai-inspired curry sauce with lemongrass, turmeric, cayenne, and spices like coriander, cumin, fenugreek, garlic, and chili flakes. They’re convenient for quick meals. The texture is firmer and chewier than plain tofu, reminiscent of frozen-tofu preparations meant to mimic chicken, but the curry flavor is too mild and doesn’t deliver on its promise. For me, it fell short, and I wouldn’t buy them again.
